"We, the members of Rapio Fellowship Global Ministries Limited, being followers of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, acknowledging the supreme authority of God Almighty and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, do hereby establish this Constitution to govern our fellowship."
We are committed to advancing the Kingdom of God through evangelism, discipleship, prayer, teaching of the Word, and practical demonstration of God's love to all people.
Our Vision
To raise, equip, and manifest sons of God for global transformation through the power of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.
Our Mission
To build a Christ-centered fellowship that glorifies God by nurturing believers in faith, character, and service, preparing them for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Statement of Faith
The foundational truths that guide our ministry
The Holy Scriptures
The Holy Scriptures as the inspired, infallible Word of God.
The Trinity
One true God, eternally existent in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ
The deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, bodily resurrection, and soon return.
Salvation
Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
Holy Spirit
The indwelling and empowerment of the Holy Spirit for holy living and service.
Unity of Believers
The unity of believers as one Body of Christ.
Resurrection & Eternal Life
The resurrection of the dead and eternal life for all who believe.
Core Objectives
The 9 pillars of our ministry mandate
Great Commission
To preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all nations in obedience to the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19–20).
Spiritual Growth
To promote spiritual growth through prayer meetings, Bible studies, conferences, and discipleship programs.
Establish Branches
To establish and oversee branches, fellowships, and outreach ministries both locally and internationally.
Train & Equip
To train and equip ministers and believers for effective service in the Body of Christ.
Charity & Service
To engage in acts of charity, community service, and social transformation projects.
Christian Literature
To produce, publish, and distribute Christian literature, media, and teaching materials.
Collaboration
To collaborate with other Christian organizations in advancing the purposes of God.
Prepare for His Coming
To prepare the church in Uganda and world over for Rapture and coming back of our Lord Jesus Christ. (1 John 3:2)
Healing & Deliverance
To preach and declare healing to the sick, deliverance to the captive and hope to the poor. (Luke 4:18)

Director & Overseer
Provides spiritual and administrative oversight. Serves as the vision bearer and chief executive officer, ensuring doctrinal soundness.
Pastor Phiona Kyomugisha
Secretary
Maintains official records, takes minutes, handles correspondence, and manages ministry finances and resources.
Mrs. Nakabonge Diana
Co-Secretary
Assists in record-keeping, manages procurements, and spearheads ministry growth and expansion.
Mr. Eibu Aaron
Witness & Member
Acts as an observer and moral witness, supports through prayer and accountability, provides counsel when required.

Held twice yearly (April & September) for spiritual renewal, intensive prayer, and biblical teaching.
Skills Innovation Workshop
Emphasizes personal development and community transformation through practical skills and creative initiatives.
Singles Meets Marrieds Dinner
Annual fellowship in June discussing relationships, marriage, and biblical principles for healthy family life.
Hospital Ministry
Quarterly outreach visiting hospitals to pray for patients and encourage caregivers.
Healing Services & Crusades
Weekly gatherings for worship, teaching, intercessory prayer, and healing ministry.
Community Support Outreach
Twice-yearly support to needy and orphans providing food, clothing, and hope in Christ.
Constitution Highlights
Governance, Membership & Financial Integrity
Membership
Open to all who confess Jesus Christ as Lord, accept the statement of faith, and submit to spiritual authority. Members participate in programs and receive spiritual care.
Meetings
Quarterly board meetings, weekly fellowship gatherings, and Annual General Assembly for progress review and future planning.
Financial Integrity
Funded through tithes, offerings, and donations. Transparent management with proper records, annual audit, and multiple signatories for accountability.
Discipline
Members and leaders are expected to maintain godly conduct. Correction and restoration pursued in the spirit of love and reconciliation (Galatians 6:1).
Amendments
Constitution may be amended by the Board with two-thirds majority approval, provided amendments align with Scripture and the Ministry's vision.
Headquarters
The Headquarters of the Ministry shall be located in Mukono, Uganda, with branches established locally and internationally as the Holy Spirit leads.
